3/4 pound boneless beef sirloin steak -- cut in 1/2" cubes

1 medium onion -- chopped

2 (14.5 oz.) cans whole tomatoes, undrained -- cut

up 1 can (15 oz.) spicy chili beans -- undrained

2 baking potatoes,unpeeeled -- cut into 1/2" cubes

1/2 teaspoon cumin

Spray nonstick Dutch oven or large saucepan with nonstick cooking spray. Heat over medium-high heat until hot. Add beef; cook and stir until no longer pink.

Add onion; cook 1 minute, stirring constantly. Add all remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium-low; partially cover and simmer 20-25 minutes or until potatoes are tender.

Makes 4 servings--320 calories--45 calories from fat--5 grams fat.
