| 6 | each | potatoes, pared, cut in bite size pieces | |
| 2 | each | leeks, washed, pared, cut in bite size pieces | |
| 2 | each | onions, chopped | |
| 1 | each | carrot, pared, sliced | |
| 1 | each | stalk celery, sliced | |
| 4 | each | chicken bouillon cubes | |
| 1 | tablespoon | parsley flakes | |
| 4 | cup | water | |
| 1 1/2 | teaspoon | salt | |
| 1 | pepper | ||
| 2 | tablespoon | butter | |
| 13 | oz | evaporated milk (1 can) | |
| 1 | chives, chopped | ||
Directions: | |||
| Put all ingredients except milk and chives in crockpot. Cook on low 10-12 hours or high 3-4. Stir in milk in last hour. Serve topped with chives. | |||
