Baby and Acid Folic

While folic acid is great for mothers expecting babies it is not so good for the elderly. I think fortifying all bread and pasta is not the way to go. I think that a specialized food for expectant mothers or younger people may be the way to go. This way you are not adding folic acid to the older group of people where it can become harmful.

We may see specialized food groups for all ages like we have for babies now.
