-LISA NERI VGPN19B - 4 Egg whites 1/2 teaspoon Cream of tartar 4 Egg yolks 1 can Condensed milk -- 14 oz 1/3 cup Key lime juice or lime juice 2 Lime rinds -- grated 1 Graham cracker crust -- 9-inch Whipped cream Beat egg whites until foamy. Add cream of tartar and beat until stiff. Set aside. Beat egg yolks with 1 cup beaten egg whites, mixing well. Add condensed milk, lime juice and grated rind.Fold in remaining egg whites.
