2 c VANILLA WAFER CRUMBS

1 1/2 c COCONUT

5 tb BUTTER, melted

Mix and press into bottom -and sides of 10-inch -springform Pan. CAKE 2 tb CREAM CHEESE, remove from

-wrapper, put in Large bowl, microwave on -high for 2 minutes 1 c SUGAR

5 JUMBO EGGS, shelled and

-warmed 25 seconds in Microwave 1/2 c HEAVY CREAM

1/4 c CORNSTARCH

1 ts COCONUT EXTRACT

1 c ALMONDS, coarsely chopped

** CRUST
