Recipe Ingredients Recipe details:

6 sm Sweet Potatoes

;peeled and grated 3 Apples ;peeled and grated

1 c Raisins

1 c Matzo meal

2 ts Cinnamon

1 c Walnuts ;chopped(optional)

1 c Fruit juice or water

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Mix ingredients together. Press inot large baking dish. Bake 45 minutes at 375 degrees unitl crisp on top. Serve
