Kool-aid all the way. I can drink a quart of refreshing Kool-aid in one sitting if I am thirsty. I have never drank a quart of soda and felt good.

Then again nothing beats a ice cold soda when your really thirsty on a summer day. Except maybe a beer but, thats not in the topic.

Kool-aid Vs. Soda Reviews Consumer & Travel Family Culture

I will always take Kool-aid over a soda as I do not drink much soda anymore. I feel that kool aid is much more healthy for a person than soda.
