DHB partly blamed for toddler's death

A toddler died of asthma after an inexperienced junior doctor downgraded his medication, the health and disability commissioner has found. Ref. Source 8

Asthma Died Toddler

This guy needs to have his license taken away. He should not be a medical doctor at all. IF he can not read a simple chart that shows that he needed the treatment and took him off the treatment he should be charged with manslaughter. Keeping needed meds from a baby is just as bad as shooting the child.
