Recipe Ingredients Recipe details: Swiss , Sour Cream and Chive Omelet **Kx

3 T Sour cream

2 Slices Swiss cheese

1 Basic omelet

1 T Chives, chopped

Salt and pepper Prepare Basic Omelet. Place sour cream and Swiss cheese inside omelet. Add salt, pepper, and chives. Fold and serve. Variation on Swiss and Sour Cream Omelet in The Frugal Gourmet cookbook. (KXMT69B)
