1/4 c Cream cheese, at room temp

2 T Confectioners sugar

1 T Water

At high speed, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add water and continue beating until combined. Drizzle over cake. Source: Weight Watchers Favorite Recipes Cookbook
