Ingredients
6	each	potatoes, pared, cut in bite size pieces
2	each	leeks, washed, pared, cut in bite size pieces
2	each	onions, chopped
1	each	carrot, pared, sliced
1	each	stalk celery, sliced
4	each	chicken bouillon cubes
1	tablespoon	parsley flakes
4	cup	water
1 1/2	teaspoon	salt
1		pepper
2	tablespoon	butter
13	oz	evaporated milk (1 can)
1		chives, chopped
Directions:
Put all ingredients except milk and chives in crockpot. Cook on low 10-12 hours or high 3-4. Stir in milk in last hour. Serve topped with chives.
