What are your thoughts about this great dish?

Recipe Ingredients Recipe details:

2 T Cocoa

1 T Each of oil and corn syrup

2 T Plus 1 teaspoon water

1/2 t Cinnamon

1 c Icing sugar

in small saucepan combine 1 st four ingredients. Stir over low heat until smooth, gradually beat in sugar until smooth and shiny.
