Autistic teen's parents sue over his death

The parents of a 19-year-old autistic Whittier teen who died Sept. 11 after being left alone in a school bus are suing the Whittier Union High School District and the bus company. The suit alleges he was left on the locked bus for seven hours in sweltering heat. Whittier Daily News

Very irresponsible of the school district to do that as the last person on the bus is supposed to make a sweep of the bus. How can you miss a 19 year old!
