Without notifying the public, federal agents have assigned millions of international travelers, including Americans, computer-generated scores rating the risk they pose of being terrorists or criminals.

They have NO right whatsoever to do this and keep it a secret. Are they going to assess what kind of toilet paper you use to decide whether you can be a potential terrorist, too? Or if you choose lasagna over chicken maybe there is a connection with Al Qaeda?
