I have surprised several people now when I tell them that I purchased a Polaroid 37" LCD Television. I usually get one response. "Does it take pictures too?" While Polaroid is not known for many different electronic products other than cameras I have been very impressed with the available features, usability, and picture quality. It is not a Pioneer or high end Samsung but it does support 1080I and has all the inputs that I need including: component, composite, s-video, d-sub and HDMI. It does have a built in ATSC digital tuner so that I can receive all of my local television channels in their digital broadcast. Believe it or not this allow my local television channels to actually have a much better quality than watching a DVD. I would definitely recommend this TV to anyone in the market. Reasonably priced at just under 1,000.
