Ricotta Cheese

From pasta to cakes, ricotta is such an absolutely delicious cheese. It is so versatile, you can use it in so many ways. Personally I enjoy it as a filling for ravioli or just out a nice by itself with some honey on top! How do you like ricotta?

I wish there was more on ricotta cheese should have been analyzed today to see what and maybe get a better idea.
