AMD COMPLETES TAKEOVER OF ATI
Graphics chip-maker ATI Technologies, Canada's second-biggest tech company, officially became part of U.S.-based Advanced Micro Devices Wednesday.

Ati Takes Amd
Wow, thats quit a power play from AMD, I'm surprised they took this kind of jump. This now puts them directly in competition with other video companies like Nvidia. Hopefully this will create more AMD machines that do not have as many problems with video drivers. AMD machines should work flawlessly with ATI cards soon enough to make a difference in the market by early next year.
