People still wonder if animals are capable of concern, worry, fear, anger… in other words emotions just like you and me. Look at this video, look at the reaction of the parents, they behave… human!

I agree, did you notice the elephant who was practically running to rescue the baby elephant? There is also one elephant all the way to the back who is walking up and down in clear sign of worry and distress.

Like I always say some people want us to believe that every single organ of an animal works except the brain… and that's how they justify murdering them.

The truth is that all animals THINK, FEEL and act accordingly.

Sh do not say that too loud Pandora some of the animals such as elephants, Dolphins and whales are smarter than humans. If the truth came out humans would want to eliminate them as humans want to be top dog on this planet *smile*

Yes Elephants are very capable of emotion and thinking like humans and sometimes better than us.

I so agree with this. We think we're so advanced and then each of our cultures think it is the most advanced. So advanced that we have to inflict it on others. Much like what we did to the Native Americans… they had a great culture, treated women a darn site better than Western Culture of the time and was probably more democratic, and yet we called them savages. So it is with animals too. These elephants cared and put themselves in harm's way.

Its actually been a good long while since I met anyone that expressed the opinion that advanced mammals are not capable of such emotions.

Oh, there are still debates on whether or not certain creatures are sapient, as well as whether or not reptiles likewise have emotions, but elephants? The debate there is basically over.
