An Exhibitionistic Pedophile?
Jack McClellan has openly bloggedabout his explicit, pedophilic thoughts concerning young girls, posted alongside innocent photographs of anonymous children. His blog has also helped other pedophiles find events that attract young audiences. He claims that his goals are to promote the acceptance of pedophiles and help direct them toward gatherings where they can view children for a "legal high." Having been run out Washington state, McClellan moved to Southern California, in part because of its "world class children's attractions." Parents are outraged and have organized awareness groups, posted signs and sent out warnings. It appears, however, that police and lawmakers may be stymied in confronting McClellan, as he does not have a criminal record, and has apparently done nothing illegal. Will McClellan

I made a little research about him and came with quite a few sites against him, including one using his name as a domain name. Now the police says he has not done anything illegal and he is free to go to any public events he wants and take pics of little girls and post him in his web site. This makes me truly sick and even though I do not have a daughter, if this guy is anywhere around my kid I would probably beat him! These are some of the things he told Foxnews:

One sicko that, he is a time bomb, it is not a matter of if, but when will he cross the line and start acting out his sick fantasies. I hope they lock him up and give him help so he can see why he is wrong. How can any child consent to an adult act? Sad part is the state will not lock him up and give him the help he needs nor will they kill him so the children can be safe. Instead he will walk off from this and commit a terrible crime against a child. Then he will be sentenced and likely get out only to repeat the same crime over again.
All the will our children lose the freedom to go play in a park with out mom and dad sitting there watching... Too often I go to a park with my boys and there is no one there but us why? Because mom and dad are still cooking supper and the streets are so unsafe that the 9 to 11 year old children can not walk one block to the park and play ball for one hour till it is supper time! All because creeps this this are let to roam free.

As a father this scares me. I am a stay at home dad because my son means the world to me. I am a passivist but I couldn't imagine what I would do to him if he crossed my son's path. Pedophilia is one thing that just makes my skin crawl. Taking away a childs innocence is appalling. I believe that there is a special place in hell for guys like him. I don't wish hell on anyone but guys like this really makes me wish I did.

That is very sad.... I hoped he would have been jailed. I detest legality loop holes. As far as the camera having no film I did not read where it was not digital. I would have no qualms confronting this one if lurking near a park or such.
