GEORGIA: RUSSIA DROPPED BOMB ON VILLAGE

A pair of Russian fighter jets violated Georgian airspace Monday evening, firing a missile that landed near a village north of the capital, Tbilisi, Georgian authorities said Tuesday morning. There were no casualties.

One thing is certain with the Russians with this issue... they aren't making joke about their intentions. Bullets always seem to work better than words when it comes to Russian negotiations.
