Budget 2008 Caribbean / Tobago & Trinidad

Well I am very disappointed in this budget for 2008. My wish list was for more money to be invested in crime, education and health. I also hoped that the government would make housing more affordable to all and the Value Added Tax would be removed from all foods. But no such luck!

Well Education always seems to get the highest part of the lot and they are taking away the deposit from housing applications (something I do not agree with), but inflation is rising because they are spending more and more. It is a rich get richer and poor get poor outcome.
