Logitech Wireless Mouse & Keyboard
I recently purchased this for my wife out of necessity, but have so found it to be very accurate and quiet when you press the keys. The mouse moves with definite precision and the accompanying software really puts you in control. I am just waiting to see how long the batteries last for the keyboard (2 AAA) and the mouse (2 AA).
I just simply love it! My computer is on my room and I can place both the keyboard and mouse anywhere on my bed and type when I am resting as I am doing right now! (without having to worry about ugly cords running everywhere). The keyboard is super silent and is just simply amazing. Now that I have this, not sure if I ever want to go back to the traditional keyboard and mouse.
LDS_forever, I read some reviews about this model and here are some things to consider:
1. Most people say that the mouse eats batteries and you will need to replace them every two weeks. Good thing we have some rechargeable batteries, but you will need to take them out when you are not using the mouse otherwise it just keeps running and kills the batteries' life.
2. No one said anything about the lifespan of the keyboard, but you may wish to do it with that one too. Everyone, just as you said, loves how silent the keyboard is, but a couple of persons say that the space bar sounds different to the rest of the keys.
3. Lastly, some people said they did not like how the mouse wheel sounded, but I think they were getting a little fussy.
Now outside of that I understand that Logitech has a rechargeable version, but I am sure it is a lot more expensive.
