Enjoy727 Introduction

I just survived a fire on July 3rd 2007. I am a single mom and me and my 3 children lost everything in the fire. The fire brought me to a new relationship with God and a better sense of spirituality. I lost my neighbor John Hanson, who died in the fire . This I am deeply grieving over but I have a deeper appreciation for life. I almost lost mine that night and my baby daughter as well. I lost my job because my car blew up in the fire. I had to relocate with my children to a different town 45 minutes away from my home town. I saw a whole community pull together and help us . I had to learn to reach out for help which I am still trying to do . I stayed clean and sober through the tragedy which is through the strength of the God . God restored me to my sanity because I almost had a nervous breakdown in the beginning and have been diagnosed with post trauma syndrome. I have had to rebuild my life and my children's lives from scratch in the past few months. God gave me a job which I just started and I am about to move into my new apartment next week. We still need winter clothes and some things for the apartment but I know that God will provide us with what we need. I have kept my faith through all this and my recovery and God has kept blessing our family. With what Satan has taken away God has given back tenfold. My foster family, who took me in bought me another car right after the fire and I am paying them back each month. A Casino donated 4 huge televisions to me and a living room set . The fellowship of Alcoholics Anonymous threw my family a benefit dinner and raised money for my family while I wasn't working . My church threw me a shower and raised over $1000 in gift cards to Jc Penney and TJ Maxx for our immediate summer clothing and bedding and linens for the new apartment. We also received gift cards to Walmarts from the church. People from our community donated a bedroom set.One thing at a time , one day at a time, with the help of God we are putting it back together . One prayer is being answered at a time . Please pray for me and my family . Thank you .
