I am sure that some will see this as evidence that the USA is indeed an imperialistic entity.

I think however there are plenty of Human Rights violations (I.e. Rwanda, Sudan's Darfur) where a Western focus on Africa is not necessarily a bad thing.

I think someone is going to have to intervene in some of the worst ethnic murder's in a very long time, and the UN doesn't seem to care.
