What is your solution for diagnosis of the Caught SIGTERM when Apache restarts, if nothing significant can be found in your error log files?

One possible reason for this I have learnt from the Cpanel forums is if you have either SIM or monit installed on the server then both may clash with chkservd and so they should either be removed completely or reconfigured so as to not restart services.
