BRAZILIAN police have seized 3.7 tonnes of cocaine and arrested 23 people in a major anti-drug operation.
The dismantled racket used containers to export the drugs from the port of Santos, in the state of Sao Paulo, to Europe, Cuba and Africa, they said on Monday. Ref. Source 9
