Tylenol Murders

Tylenol Murders started when people began taking Tylenol for headaches but instead died. They were laced with potassium scionide, found in industrial products. Someone was taking the content of the capsules and replacing in with the poison. This led to making all drugs of this type tamper proof. Caplets were used instead of Capsules because they cannot be tampered. What are your thoughts?
