Drunk tourist too busy for court

A Malaysian tourist caught drink-driving skipped his court appearance because he was having a "lovely time" seeing the country and a brush with justice would interfere with his trip. Ref. Source 6

Court Busy Tourist

The fact that the guy said he was guilty in his letter shows that he has some remorse. He was not trying to say he did not do the crime. I think he should have shown up in court now he has a warrant out on him.
