Male tiger kills female tiger in zoo introduction

A female tiger at the Sacramento Zoo was killed by a male tiger yesterday shortly after the two were introduced in the hope they would breed. Zoo staffers quickly separated them, but Baha, the 15-year-old female, died of her injuries. Ref. Source 3k.
