Work Missionary Technology
I just got back from My Mission... It was awesome... I thought about giving Missionaries a GPS... It will be so useful... The T.S.A.M. (Texas San Antonio Mission) has Cellphones. It was really nice, make things faster... Of course there are disobedient people, but the advantage is more than the problem itself.

I think most missions now have cell phones. We got them here in Alaska awhile ago. It is nice to make calls to make sure someone is home instead of driving 15-20 miles and finding no one is there to teach!
I feel it is such a blessing, and you are right, there will always be people that will be disobedient and make wrong choices with good tools.
