This is interesting and certainly makes me think "Hmmmmm." I wonder if the problem is isolated to bulbs manufactured in New Zealand or if there is a universal problem? We have been gradually changing over to florescent bulbs and I know the U.S. is planning to phase out incandescents. I would like to think our home is safe but this article is at least going to make me watch more closely for signs of malfunction. I would hate to have my home catch on fire.
