2 Eggs; beaten well

Grated peel of 1 large lemon Juice from half a lemon 8 oz Unblanched almonds; chopped

-fine 4 oz Chopped assorted candied

-citrus rind 1 1/2 ts Baking soda

1 ts Ground cinnamon

1/2 ts Ground nutmeg

1/2 ts Salt

1/4 ts Ground cloves
