| 1 | cup | noodles, uncooked | |
| 1 | oil, vegetable or canola | ||
| 1 | cup | ham, cubed | |
| 1 | each | cream of chicken, condensed, can | |
| 1 | each | corn, whole kernel, 8 oz can, drained | |
| 1 | tablespoon | pimento, chopped | |
| 1/2 | cup | cheddar cheese, shredded | |
| 1/4 | cup | bell pepper, green, chopped | |
Directions: | |||
| Cook noodles according to package directions until barely tender (5-6 minutes). Drain and toss with just enough oil to coat (3 tb). Add noodles and remaining ingredients to a greased crockpot and stir to mix. Cover and cook on Low setting 7 to 9 hours. Makes 2 servings or 1 1/2 to 2 quarts. | |||
