So just how many hours are these drivers being pressed with and how often are the holidays refused?

So the wage they seek is a huge increase doubt they will get that but it could just be a lever being used to get other items they really are seeking.

With big of a increase they are probably going for some other things and will settle for a more modest increase if they get their other wants achieved.
