| 3/4 | cup | soy sauce | |
| 1/4 | cup | wostershire sauce | |
| 2 | tablespoon | dry mustard | |
| 2 1/2 | teaspoon | salt | |
| 1 1/2 | teaspoon | parsley | |
| 1 | tablespoon | pepper | |
| 1/2 | cup | wine vinegar | |
| 1 | each | garlic clove, crushed | |
| 1/3 | cup | lemon juice | |

| Mix, spread on meat, let marinate until ready to cook. | |||
