Recipe Ingredients Recipe details:

1/4 c Packed dark brown sugar

1 tb Cornstarch

1 c Skim milk

1 ts Low cal margarine

1 ts Vanilla

3 tb Chopped pecans, toasted

Combine sugar, cornstarch and milk in a saucepan. Cook over medium heat stirring constantly until mixture thickens and comes to a boil. Cook an additional 2 minutes, stirring constantly. Add margarine, vanilla, and pecans. Stir until margarine melts. Serve warm.
