1 1/2 ts Ground cinnamon

2 c All-purpose flour; sifted

1 ts Baking powder

1/2 ts Baking soda

2 lg Egg white

3 tb Oil

1 tb Butter buds

1/2 c Skim milk

1/4 c Nonfat yogurt; plain

1/4 c Honey

4 tb Granulated sugar

1 sm Banana; overripe and mashed
