Recipe Ingredients Recipe details:

1 lb Canned salmon

1 c Cooked rice

1/2 c Bread crumbs

1 tb Onion; minced

2 ts Green pepper; chopped

1 ts -Salt

2 Eggs; slightly beaten

1 cn Cream of mushroom soup

1/2 c ;Water

Mix all ingreds except soup & water. Roll misture into small balls; place in shallow baking pan. Cover w/soup & water mixture. Bake 30 mins @ 350F (180C). From: Cooking Alaskan by Alaskans. Alaska Northwest Publishing Co. 1983 ISBN 0-88240-237-4 Shared by Deidre Ganopole
