| 1 1/2 | pound | chuck steak, strips | |
| 1 | teaspoon | salt | |
| 1/4 | teaspoon | pepper | |
| 1 | each | onion, sliced | |
| 3 | tablespoon | soy sauce | |
| 4 | oz | mushrooms, can, drained | |
| 1 | each | tomatoes (16 oz can) | |
Directions: | |||
| Put meat, flour, salt and pepper in crockpot and stir well to cook steak. Add remaining ingredients. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours, or high for 4 hours. Serve on noodles or potatoes. | |||
