Have you ever tried Turducken from Louisianan? They take a chicken, duck and turkey - remove the bones and then use the chicken and duck as the inner parts of the turkey for baking.

I've not tried that, but in England there is something based on that called the 12 stuffed birds...it is as it sounds, ranging from the smallest game bird to the largest edible bird, all stuffed one after another until you get to the last one that gets tied up and cooked.(not tried this either, but sounds intriguing)

I have not tried either one of those but they both sound like something that I would like to try. I will have to look up both to see where I can find them to try them.

My big concern with this is each meat type being cooked well through. A foot thermometer will be a must.
