| 1/4 | cup | margarine, or butter | |
| 1 1/3 | cup | rice, instant, uncooked | |
| 1/2 | cup | onion, minced or 2 tb instant chopped onion | |
| 1/3 | cup | green pepper, minced | |
| 2 | each | garlic, cloves, minced or 1/4 ts garlic powder | |
| 8 | oz | tomato sauce, can | |
| 7 | oz | clams, can, minced, drained | |
| 5 | oz | chicken, can, cooked | |
Directions: | |||
| Heat margarine in large skillet and lightly brown rice, onion, green pepper, and garlic. Add remaining ingredients along with 1-1/2 cups water, and mix well. Bring to a boil. Lower heat and simmer for 5 minutes. | |||
