Recipe Ingredients Recipe detials:

1 c Amish Batter

2/3 c Oil

3 ea Eggs

2 c Flour

1 c Sugar

1 t Cinnamon

1/2 T Salt

1/2 T Baking soda

1 1/4 T Baking powder

1 t Vanilla

2 c Fresh or canned fruit,

- washed and drained

Mix all ingredients together. Pour in 2 greased loaf pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 50-60 minutes.
