Beans and Grains
| Ingredients | |||
| 1 | each | green pepper, chopped | |
| 2 | each | garlic, cloves, crushed | |
| 3 | tablespoon | olive oil | |
| 2 | each | black beans, 16 oz cans | |
| 1/2 | teaspoon | oregano | |
| 3 | tablespoon | vinegar | |
| 3 | each | pimientos, minced | |
| 3 | cup | rice, cooked, hot | |
Directions: | |||
| Cook rice separately, hold aside. Saute pepper and garlic in oil until softened. Add rest of ingredients except rice. Cover and simmer until heated through. Taste for seasoning. Serve over rice. | |||
