WOW that is a lot of frog legs being eaten. I have looked at frog legs but did not eat them as there did not seem much to eat. I do not plan to start eating them either.

Frog Food Reviews Consumer & Travel Family Culture

I will try them again one day but last time they really had a swamp sand taste to them. I am surprised they are not farmed yet, after all a frog/trout pond could work well. Disease wise I am unsure though.
