Recipe Ingredients Recipe detials:

6 pounds baby back ribs


-MARINADE
- 4 cloves garlic -- chopped

1/4 cup cider vinegar

6 ounces pineapple juice

2 tablespoons brown sugar

2 tablespoons soy sauce


-BBQ SAUCE
1/4 cup Brown sugar

2 tb Paprika

chile powder 2 ts Salt

2 ts Dry mustard

2 Bay leaves

1/2 t Chili powder

1/4 t Cayenne pepper

1/4 c Worcestershire sauce

1 lime juice

2 c orange juice

1/2 c Catsup

1 c Water

2 cloves garlic -- chopped

1 onion -- chopped fine

Marinate ribs overnight. Steam for 1 hour before grilling.

Mix all sauce ingredients in large saucepan. Bring to boil over high heat. Simmer until slightly thickened, about 30 minutes. Discard bay leaves.

Use the sauce to mop the ribs and at the table, for dipping.
