Ham In A Pineapple Sauce

HAM IN A PINEAPPLE SAUCE

It does not matter the size of the ham ...10-12LBs
1 cup of Mustard
2 cups Brown Sugar
1 16oz Can of crushed Pineapple
1TBS of All Spice or 1TBS of cinnamon
cloves (optional

Directions:
In a large bowl mix All the Ingredients above, except cloves. Pour over
the Ham in a baking pan and bake according to the Directions of the Ham. Use the point from the cloves to puncture the ham. Put it all over the Ham. Every 15 mins pour the liquid from the pan over the Ham till its finishes baking.

Sauce Pineapple In Ham

Sounds great Anna however I would like to know if it will cause the ham to have a strong cinnamon taste? I love cinnamon in desserts or cinnamon rolls but not sure how "strong" the taste will be in regular food.

The cinnamon is just for extra flavour. It is pretty mild because the mustard tends to take over the taste a lot. Just use 1 tsp if you are worried.
I prefer all-spice when I am making it.

Sauce Pineapple In Ham

I will try it with just 1 teaspoon. I LOVE mustard so it will definitely taste great. I will bookmark it so I have it handy for whatever occasion. Thanks.
