1 Lb. cod fillets 1/4 C. margarine or butter -- melted 2 Tbsp. lemon juice 1/4 C. all-purpose flour 1/2 Tsp. salt 1/8 Tsp. white pepper paprika Mix margarine and lemon juice. In another bowl mix flour, salt and white pepper, dip fish into margarine mixture then into flour mixture. Place fish in 8 x 8 x 2-inch baking pan and bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes. Pour remaining margarine mixture over fish before baking. |
