Park Free For Not Child Bleeding
If your child is need of such urgent care then why did she herself drive the child to the hospital emergency room? IF she had called on a medical response team she would not have had to park where she did. If the childs needs are not as bad then they can walk into the Emergency Room and park legally. SOme parents feel they can do something better at times. IF she was bleeding that bad a trained emergency team taking her to the hospital would have been a lot better for her. But that is my opinion.
