6 c Peeled, sliced apples 3/4 c Sugar 1/8 ts Salt 2 ts Lemon juice 1/2 ts Cinnamon Recipe by: Jennie Grossinger - "The Art Of Jewish Mix together all the ingredients. Fill the pie.
