Recipe Ingredients Recipe detials:

ANDREWS (DWFT60B) -- In a 2-qt casserole the following: 4 slices Bacon -- or more

1 Can sauerkraut -- (8 ounces)

1 pound Kielbasa -- cut up

1 serving -- ?

pieces 3 Potatoes -- sliced

on how much you -- like 'em) 2 Onions -- sliced (ditto)

1 Can tomatoes -- (16 ounces) chopped

salt Oregano -- and Basil.

Cover; bake at 350' for 1 hour. Now, both of these recipes can be split between two smaller casseroles. I use my pair of 1 1/2-qt Corningware casseroles; we can eat one for dinner (with leftovers for lunch the next day) and freeze the other. Both recipes freeze really well, and I have even microwaved them back into existence. Formatted by Elaine Radis
